About me
Ageana is a lifelong local, born and raised in Humboldt County, and has lived in many towns and cities throughout Humboldt and Trinity Counties. She loves her roots and is a committed member of the Humboldt community. Ageana obtained her certificates in computer-aided drafting and design certifications as well as studied art and played softball at College of the Redwoods. Her passions require dedication, knowledge, and perseverance which translates into always meeting a client’s needs. Ageana runs her own art studio where she applies mixed media painting techniques and resin art to make tables, cutting boards, coasters, and more. She was a coach and board member for Humboldt Fastpitch for several years where she developed a deep interest in helping others. Ageana spent 2 decades in the civil engineering field as a senior engineering technician, survey rodman, and planner. She has extensive knowledge in land development as well as a strong background in architecture. She was also an Appraisal Technician and Appraiser 1 at the County of Humboldt Assessor’s Office. Attention to detail and increasing love of learning meant that she jumped at the chance to work in Real Estate.
